You are invited to exhibit at the 2017 Kansans Can: Social Studies Leading the Way Kansas social studies conference. The conference will be held at the Hotel at Old Town Conference Center in downtown Wichita, Kansas with pre-conference sessions and an awards ceremony on Sunday, November 5 with the full conference on Monday, November 6.
K-12 social studies teachers, curriculum directors, and university professors from across the state will be in attendance.

Pre-conference sessions will be from 3:00 – 6:00 on Sunday afternoon. The main conference will start with an evening hors d’oeuvre reception from 6:30 to 7:30 pm followed by state teacher of the year awards.
A special screening of Dawn of Day: Stories of the Underground Railroad and Q & A with Kansas State University professor Brad Burenhiede will follow the awards ceremony.
As a vendor/exhibitor, you are invited to attend the reception and mingle with other conference attendees.
Set up times:
Exhibit set up times are 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon or after 7:15 am Monday morning the 6th. The vendor area will be available to attendees on Sunday but the main viewing times will be 8:30 am – 3:00 pm on Monday.
For profit prices – one table:
$50.00 + $50.00 person for a total of $100.00
(Additional tables and people are $50.00 each.)
$25.00 + $50.00 person for a total of $75.00
Please feel free to donate items for prize drawings or anything to be included in participant goodie bags. Registered vendors are also welcome to participate in lunch and afternoon breaks on Monday.
